Helpdesk/Desktop Support
You'll be supporting users on Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 Desktop and Server, Terminal Server, Exchange, MS Office, MS Outlook and using Remote Support tools. You will be supporting customers so will need a good telephone manner, strong communication skills and to work well within a team. You must be able to learn fast and keep up.
